Exterior Description

It is one of the front row properties in an estate bordered by mountains ideally situated between Nerja and Torrox Costa. Interior Description
The villa is a modern, and well decorated with two floors, and three bedrooms that will make an ideal holiday destination. The small porch leads into a hall that is open onto a spacious lounge and dinning room.
The lounge and dining room are newly furnished with a 32" TV with surround sound and a full satellite TV package, DVD player, CD player, air conditioning, two large sofas and dinning table that seats up to 6 people. There are three double French doors leading onto the large terrace.
From the hall you also have access to the newly fitted kitchen with all modern appliances including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and electric oven and hob. There is also a microwave, kettle, toaster and sandwich maker. Also from the hall there is a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and hand basin.
Up the curved marble staircase are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, two fitted wardrobes and air conditioning, and double French doors leading to a balcony with sea views. There is also a large en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, toilet, and hand basin.
Both the second and third bedroom has twin beds and a fitted wardrobe, one with views of the garden and one with sea view.
