The villa prices listed here are only a guide, for a more current price list please visit www.nerjavillarentals.co.uk. All prices are per week and are shown in pounds sterling. A supplement of £50 needs to be added to the weeks over Christmas, May and October half term weeks and £100 for Easter and New Year weeks. A deposit is required to secure any bookings, with some villas needing a fully refundable breakages deposit.
In the Christmas season a Christmas tree is placed within the property to get you in the festive mood. Crackers and party poppers can also be provided upon request, just ask when booking!
Please note that the communal pool may not be open during out of season months.
